This week we met the OIM Advisory Board! This is a group comprised of UMass Alumni who have graduated with a major in OIM. At the meeting, we were able to hear from David Sands, the creator of the group, as well as Marissa Schneider, Jo Zuber, and Brian Howell. All of these alumni had loads of helpful advice to share with the club, as well as their experience after college and how they ended up in the positions there are in today. On LinkedIn, there is an OIM Alumni Group that serves as a networking forum connecting both current students and graduates, as well as businesses that have partnered with Isenberg and the OIM department to recruit candidates. This meeting was very insightful and we are excited to work with the Advisory Board again in the near future!
